1. 接受条款

通过连接或使用 ChartPane（"服务"），您同意这些服务条款。如果您不同意，请不要使用该服务。

2. 服务说明

ChartPane is an MCP App that renders interactive charts and dashboards inline within compatible AI assistants. The Service provides two tools — render_chart and render_dashboard — that accept structured data and return visual chart representations.

3. 服务使用

您同意：

• 仅将服务用于渲染图表和仪表板的预期目的。
• 不尝试中断、过载或滥用服务。
• 不将服务用于任何违法目的。
• 不进行逆向工程或尝试提取服务的源代码（源代码在 MIT 许可证下公开提供）。

4. 身份验证

该服务使用 Google OAuth 进行身份验证。登录即表示您授权 ChartPane 访问您的基本 Google 个人资料信息，仅用于会话识别。

5. 您的数据

Chart data you submit is processed in-memory for validation and rendering. Data values are not stored on our servers. Only request metadata (chart type, title, timestamp) is logged. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. 可用性

该服务按"现状"提供。我们努力实现高可用性，但不保证不间断访问。

7. 责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，ChartPane 及其运营商不对因使用服务而产生的任何间接或后果性损害承担责任。

8. 终止

我们保留随时以任何理由暂停或终止服务访问权限而不另行通知的权利。

9. 条款变更

我们可能会不时更新这些条款。更改后继续使用服务即表示接受更新后的条款。
